Abstract:

We propose to measure the running coupling and pseudoscalar renormalization constant of the SU(3) gauge theory with two flavors of adjoint fermions on 124 and 164 lattices. This will be combined with data from smaller lattices to give the beta function and mass anomalous dimension of the theory, which is a technicolor candidate. The total time requested is 3.3 million Jpsi-equivalent core-hours on the Fermilab clusters.
