Particle Theory
The course is given in the first semester, 4 hours each week:
Monday 2–4 and Wednesday 12–2 in Kaplun 324
This is a first-year graduate course. Field Theory is not a prerequisite but taking it in parallel will help.
The course will follow the book closely. Exercises will be assigned continually and collected occasionally. Exercises and solutions will be posted on
Moodle.
The grade will be based on the exercises (50%) and the final exam (50%).
Syllabus:
- Symmetries
and quarks
